What kind of image shows a patient how to do something, like giving an injection?
An instructional image, which the imagery rules do not govern: it is decided case by case together with marketing.
An instruction needs even light, so nothing important sits in shadow, and the hand and the object both in focus, which is the opposite of the soft light and shallow depth of field that identity images use. A patient still sees it, so settle early that it does not do identity work it was never designed for.
