1. One brand system for Aleris Group
The corpus is Aleris Group's design and brand authority today. It is the only approved brand system. No market may build or adopt a separate one.
Detection of violation
Checked against whether an Aleris-branded design or brand system exists anywhere in Aleris Group — Sweden included — outside this corpus's depends_on chain. For Sweden, this is a live check today: the corpus exists, so a competing system found elsewhere in Sweden is a violation now. For Norway and Denmark, the check has nothing yet to run against, since no NO/DK content exists in the corpus at all — it becomes live the moment such content is proposed.
Origin
Harvest provenance: No prior extraction — unlike accessibility and voice, there was no already-decided source to pull from. Reasoned directly in conversation, 2026-08-06, across two passes. First pass: "this corpus binds Aleris Group across se/no/dk" was run through the constitutional-core-test's scoped-boundary-vs-override distinction and read as a future state requiring organisational work and clout-building, not a present fact — narrowed to Sweden-only as a result. Second pass, same day: narrowing to Sweden was judged to bake the current organisational situation into the rule rather than state the authority the corpus is meant to have. Resolved by separating the claim from its enforcement — the rule states Aleris Group authority outright, and Detection of violation carries the honest present-tense limit instead: Sweden is checkable now, Norway and Denmark are not yet, for lack of anything to check.
External lineage: documentation/constitutional-core-test.md §4 (scoped boundary vs. override).
